Custom Background help

This is what I want. A Red SVT logo on a black background. Then on the right side in any order these companys logos. Company logos in like silver or aluminum look

ADR
Koni
Ground Controls
Sparco
Hella
Spintech
Eclipse

I would do it myself but i have zero skill when it comes to art ****.
