radiator fan relay

It seems as if my radiator fan does not come on by itself anymore, How would i test the high and low speed relays?
 
i tested the relays, both times when i jumped 3-5 on either low or high the fans came on, so im assuming the low speed relay is bad... now whenever i look for relays i only see one relay, it does not say high or low speed, anyone have the part # for low speed?
 
It is far more likely that the low speed dropping resistor is open than that the low speed relay is bad. Check it first.

If the resistor was bad, it would be as though there was nothing there...meaning the fan will turn at high speed. The resistor will hold back some current to the fan so that it will move at a slower speed.
