New Paint

I have a Black SVT with the spider web paint. There are also multiple other bad spots in the paint. So I am thinking about a new paint scheme.

I have the engine out right now, so thought this was a good time to at least paint the engine compartment to match what I want the outside to be like.

I would like to have it two colors, maybe a dark blue and red. What do you guys think, and what scheme or pattern should I do?

Any pictures of other cars with a nice design. I don't really want flames or stripes.

Don't mix blue and red.. we all saw the eclipse on Pimp my Ride :laugh:

I just posted this in another thread, but it's one of the best two tone jobs on a contour :drool:

contours look great with large rear spoilers, unlike most rice cars that seem to always have them. however, i HATE hood scoops on these cars. the cowl CF hood is almost too much for me......

That is a nice paint job. I will have to search for pictures of the Eclipse, I have not seen that show. Thanks for the pointers.

Keep in mind that the colors on the eclipse were both almost neon. I couldn't find any pictures. I'm sure if you use the right colors it could come out pretty cool looking. I've just always stayed away from colors like red n blue or red n green. :shrug:
