Fog light Platic Cover ?

I'm not sure how to explain it. My fogs are clear and I want them to be yellow. Is there some kind of cover I can add to make them Yellow or some kind of plastic wrap ? Again, I'm not sure what to call them. I have 3000kelvin fogs lights. They look awesome but looks a little different. From far away, if you look directly at the fogs, my fog hid's look white. but the ground looks yellow. It's more for looks I guess. But can any one help me if they understand me ? lol thanks.. Anyway, heres just a pic and a vid. i want them to look more yellow!!

There is a way easier way to do this, and cheaper. Go to your local crafts store and buy sold yellow spray paint for stained glass, its by Krylon and cost like $5. I did this when I had my CSVT and I loved the way it looked, here's a pic.
