Default HOW TO eyelids on headlights

I was wondering wear i could get some eyelids for the headlights on a csvt or if you could even paint them on PM me with responses

yeah... you can buy them. im not really sure where.


i just rattle canned them on. if you look at the lens... there are horizontal lines going across it. there are either 4 or 5 i believe. take some of that blue painters tape along the bottom of the top line. then after you get that use news paper to cover the rest of the light or tape the whole thing. it really doesnt matter. i would use a spray gun if i did it again... but the rattle can worked just as well.

the lines in the lens are easier to see in the second pic than the first... but it should give you an idea on how to do it.

i found this pic of the lights actually taped up and all...

I noticed that CRG painted on the outside of his lenses. Would it be possible to paint on the inside; for example: I'm going to be hightowering my lights, which requires the lense to come off. During that process, could I paint the inside along the line and up? Or will the heat of the light make it flake out and peel?

You could try something like this.

Allows you to take off and change, unlike painting.
