Pics: K&N Cone Filter insatll, Heat sheild fabbed soon!

I finished this a day or two ago and thought I'd post it. It's simular to the one you can buy online, but only costs about 5 bucks and an hour to make. I bought the sheet metal and pipe from home depot. So here it is, I know its not iodized or aluminum so it's not as cool as the $90 one I saw somewhere.

Otherwise people make them out of all sorts of stuff, plastic or metal.

Nice, thats looks easy enough. I'll post some more when I'm done with the shield. I saw a "360" shield On a decked out red contour somewhere. I might be thinking about doing that too.

Yeah i think the 360 one you saw was an ebay heatshield that people use.
