running 2 amps

So i just bought another amp and was wondering can i split off of the original amp for the power and the remote wires and not worry about anything burning up? I have never had 2 amps before so any help will be greatly appreciated.

chances are you will need to run 4 gage wire to support the 4 amps. you will need a distribution block to feed power to the two amps. I went from 4 gage to 8 gage to the amps. you should be able to run one signal wire. I personally ran the signal wire to two switches and then one wire from each switch to each amp so that I could control them separately

Def run at least 4ga wire to a dist. block then 8ga to each amp and you can just split off the remote wire it won't hurt

Anywhere you get your power wire. Any stereo place. i would reccomend a fused one for the power wire just for some extra security and safety.
