Looking to buy an OEM Ford CD Player, looks like the one pictured. Prefer CD Player removed from 1998 E0 SVT Contour (so my dash clock will work again). Part number is 97BP-18C815-AC. Six radio presets, not five and "CLOCK"

I have to double-check mine, but I think it is just like that. Although mine's from my 2000.

How much are you willing to pay?

I'm not sure what the CD player has to do with the dash clock. I have an aftermarket HU in mine, and the clock works just fine. Worked fine with no HU hooked up too.

i have cd player from 2000 csvt if you are interested, and I hardly used it, replaced it after like 1000 miles

Yeah... my old SVT was a mutt. It was an E0/E1 mix so it had a dash clock w/ a radio with the clock built in. Not a big deal at all.... you just have to synchronize them at the same time

I didn't think the HU had anything to do with it either. I removed the original CD player and replaced it with a 2000 model CD player, the one with the clock in it. Since then my dash clock has not worked. Weird. It may not be related, but I want that original CD player. It seemed to work better.

Matt2kSVT & SlvrSVT00, your CD players are likely the wrong one if they came out of a 2000. It likely says "clock" instead of "6" on the last radio preset button. If not, let me know.

Nezerconezer, I'd be interested in yours if it's the correct one. Can you send a picture? A scan of the face would be even better.

I'd gladly pay $50 shipped for the correct stereo, in working order of course.
