moosing fix - source for parts?

Looking to verify I'm on the right track and the parts are the right ones needed. (resources where I can look up the right part numbers per year/make/model are also appreciated)

My 00 SVT makes a fog-horn noise "moosing" noise, although it's not accompanied by a stall. Usually moosing occurs when the engine is cold to cold-warm (doesn't happen during the summer), and iirc only happens when the AC is on (defrost uses the ac afaik). Revving the engine temporarily gets rid of the moosing.
http://contour.org/FAQ/FAQ.php?s=probs&displayid=15 Looks exactly like what I have, except it is on an 00 model.
XS2Z9F715BA - IAC Valve
F8RZ9H308AA - Air Valve Tube Ass'y
E83Z9F670A - Gasket
Are these parts correct for my car? What's the best place to get them? A local auto parts store or online?

I can get a sound clip if it'd help (although it would be hard since the weather has - yay - become warmer recently).

Thanks!

The 2000 models are supposed to incorporate the 45 degree tube and new IAC valve design. Your best bet is to clean the IAC valve (or replace it) or to put in the throttle hang fix. Also check to make sure all the hose clamps, etc are tight and not vibrating. You can purchase the items from TH fix from Home Depot, Lowes, etc. As for the official fixes, try the dealers. www.teamfordparts.com
