It's a new guy...

I'm new to the boards, thought I'd tell my story. I don't have my SVT yet, but it's coming in a few months.

My main toy is my 95 Thunderbird LX. For the past 2 years it's been powered by a built and forged 4.6L SOHC with a Vortech strapped on as well. I could go on and on about the mods (it's done from front to back). Pics are on my Cardomain page if you're bored...link below.

I recently decided to change things up and go all-motor with it. So I've been selling all of my un-needed parts. I traded a friend the forged shortblock for his 98 SVT #5990. Has a few things done to it...17's, lowered, LSD, and a stereo system...



Anywho...I just thought I'd start browsing around here to learn as much as I can before I get it...plus I needed yet another forum to browse around on. Looking forward to meeting up with some owners.

Well, welcome to the boards. Maybe one day this year we can get a track day together at Summit Point for a FATT and you can pick a good spot for to burn some burgers.

Thanks! It's not often that you see people on message boards this close to where I'm at. I'm sure I'll be messing with the car somehow...I've never been able to leave anything alone. This is gonna be my first FWD car though.

I'll definitely be there at least on Saturday...I probably won't have the Contour til early June though. I usually go up with the local Tbird guys...for the past 3 or 4 years...but I doubt it'll be done and back together by then either.
