Well, turns out my '00 SVT has a couple holes showing up in the rear subframe. The gas tank filler neck also looks pretty rough. I'm debating whether to part it out or try to replace the subframe and filler neck. If I can get the parts fairly reasonably I might consider trying to fix it. Figured I'd see if anyone had these parts around that might be looking to sell. Let me know what you have and what you'd be looking to get for it.

Blu_Fuz Just listed one. Send him a PM.

Shoot, I didn't even notice his thread because the title only read "Potentially interested in a good used " in the thread preview.

I'll let you know Joe. I got it up in the air over the weekend and tried to crack the 4 main bolts that hold it free loose. I was able to loosen/re-tighten the two rear-most bolts but the front ones are gonna need a good amount of heat I think. Unfortunately I didn't have an oxy-acetylene torch available so I wasn't able to attempt it. As I suspected, the car needs fuel tank straps, fuel filler neck, subframe and rear brake lines. So this is quickly turning into more work than it's worth. We'll see though.
