ECM issues - no start

1998 SVT w/ 3.0 swap. ECM has been tuned by warmonger. Worked great for 8 yrs or so. Car is now in the hands of 19 yr old. Recent issues w/ emissions due to off road excursions, o2 wires getting ripped out. In the process of reconnecting o2s, digging around the cramped engine bay, a whole new problem arose. The car won't start. So I got involved and we first tried checking all fuses, relays and diodes. Everything checked out. For some reason we then decided to debug wiring from ign switch to under hood fuse/relay panel. That all checked out. Also, the car *will* turn over if you hijack the relay leads (meaning, unplug relay and using probes, mimic the relay engagement). But it won't start.

Tried hooking the tuner computer up - nada. Won't connect. OKay so antitheft is borked bc ECM is borked - or at least not "connected". Well, not much we could do w/ fixing ECM but also, since he was digging around betw firewall and engine, mebbe some wires got messed up and the ECM just isn't getting what it needs wiring harness-wise? Took apart the harness and everything checks out. So, okay, ECM randomly fried? Seems unlikely since car started fine until he started poking around (key out, everything off). So we sent the ECM off to a guy on ebay to be repaired. Plugged it all back together and still same problem. No start.

Ideas? Suggestions?
