Almost done again. Just got 2 civic radiators in need to custom mount them, make some bash bars/custom bumper support and she is back on the road, again, with a quick retune.

Pretty much all out. Custom S375 turbo, dual 44mm wastegates, AN fittings on everything, 4" downpipe, 3" full exhaust, Standalone ecu, lsd, ect.

I had to make a custom header panel to all fit around the turbo, which was ok because it's even cleaner than it was. This summer I will be finishing my custom traction bars.

I had to drive her this winter while I waited for a custom clutch to be put together for my other car. With THREE detunes to my ignition map, it went pretty good in a foot of snow!

Amazing from what the car started out as. Nice work and glad to see you back

Glad to see you back as well with all this Fab porn!

Fab Fap Fab Fap

Any pictures the show the whole bay? Any running videos?

Good Job man, welds are purdy.

I think this & another thread i stumbled upon a while back cements the fact to me that CEG will never return to it's former glory days. Performance turbo threads like these used to garner tonnes of posts of admiration & ppl wanting to do the same, especially from noobs. Not one noob has posted in here i noticed. Only older cegers... Which tells me that performance tours are no longer in demand. Also tells me that i just might've been wrong about creating a kill forum on here. Not about having one per se. But that it will be rarely used. Shame really... And keep the photos coming man. I wanna see what this thing can do when it's all done.

Lol not so true I'm sort of a noob and I plan in turboing my csvt when I drop the 3L in mine , Is it easy to make it do 160+

Technically, the wrap is good to have on the exhaust, but what a shame to cover that beautiful work and stainless.

I hope I get equal quality results on my 3L project. I need to get a little more hood time on my tig....

It's the weekend, so I expect some more pics tonight, or tomorrow morning at the latest, got it?!?

I was just curious if I could safely do it but guess not lol Seems kind of silly to have a speedometer that reads faster than ur car can go lol.

Actually most cars, if not everyone does that. That way, you can read your speed when u're pegged. You can do 140 safely. Our cars are just limited by gear ratio, power & drag to 143mph. When my car was stock, i did in fact hit that speed. At least that's what my speedometre showed anyway. Sorry for the thread derailment O.P

Been slacking lately, had to work on my other car. My daily driver is a full on project car, custom turbo, megasquirt. So it gets a little ridiculous but its so worth it to boost everyday.

Ill give you guys some backdrop here for the people who don't remember. Yes the car is a 95 and had the hideous front end. It has custom quad project headlights, custom grill, 98 svt bumper. I was having a problem tuning in high boost I could NOT resolve no matter what I did so I pulled the engine a while back and low and behold had a cracked piston. I always figured I would throw a rod hard in this car but it just doesn't want to happen to I pulled it apart and replaced the piston and the rod bearing. If Im gonna destroy the engine I want it to look like:

Things that happened last rebuild: Clutchnet fiber carbon clutch, SVT Cams, New piston, fresh OEM headgaskets, rebuilt transmission (buh bye 3rd gear grind), suede headliner, suede A pillars, SVT interior swap over, probably some other stuff that I can't think of. You can see my old silver svt in one of the pics. I 'lost' the side skirt (pretty sure a kid took it) and lost all motivation for the car and sold it after that.
