    I'm looking to get a set of E1's shipped w/o tires or with tires to Washington State.

    Trademark... I have a set of E1's in good condition with 2 good all season tires and 2 driveable, but not great, all season tires. PM me an offer if your interested. I also have a set of E0's with good tires.
