Motor Mount / Roll Restrictor?

Hi guys

I need some help. Im trying to get my car inspected but im told i need a gas cap and a front motor mount (right under/behind the radiator on the subframe) (from what i learned from searching this is called a roll restrictor?) What i would like to do since its cheaper and i cant find the part anywhere is go to a slavage yard and pick one.

My questions are:
- is this part available anywhere?
- will the part be the same for an at and a mt?
