Default Harmonic damper removal help 2.5 duratec

I need to remove the crankshaft harmonic damper from my 98 2.5L duratec. How do you hold the pulley in place to loosen the 18mm crank bolt? The only way I see possible is to remove the starter motor and jam the flywheel teeth with a prybar.

How do you hold the crank pulley while loosening the crank pulley bolt?

Engage 5th gear and have someone on the brakes. Or buy the right tool, or screw bolts into the balancer pulley and use a pry bar to hold it still.
