The Lapis Blue Metallic is pretty damn sexy too. I'd love to repaint in LBM. With a prarie tan interior and polished silver or powdercoat white wheels.

That is pretty nice......but ive decided to go with getting my CSVT painted white.......well im going to find the cleanest white parts from the yards.....hood...doors.....trunk lid....fenders.....mirrors .....gas door etc.......then get the side skirts and both csvt bumpers painted white.....but dont want them to paint it on the car i hate overspray lol i couldnt afford a new paint job anyway i figure this will be the cheapest route lol

you could do it this way but u still need the roof painted & what about the door jambs & such. are you going to leave those the original color. & chances are if you start getting parts from junkyards in white. they will be faded somewhat & if they come off differnt cars some may be faded more than others. plus if you paint the bumpers & sideskirts its probably not going to match up the same as the parts u get. so they would end up having to be painted anyways. & not only that by the time you by all new doors, fenders, hood, trunk, etc you will be paying as much as a new paint job anyway. if you are looking for a paint job that isnt going to cost to much. sand the car yourself & go to Maaco.

or you can always do like crackerican69 did & rattlecan the whole car

True i see what you are saying,it will be a long process, the reason mainly to buy the extra already white parts is because its white under already and will look cleaner after i get it painted again eventually, and yes eventually all the door jambs will get painted white but not right away, main thing is to get the car white first then after a few years get a whole new paint job but not from macco never again id rather pay more and get it done right, and junk yards here are very reasonable on prices and ill pick the most non faded donor parts im not very picky when it comes to the shades not being right because it will all get painted again but not right away,my black paint job is way more horrible and the doors have tons and tons off dings and dents it would cost more to fix and paint the doors car is faded and clear coat peeling every where is such a god awful site, uneven shades of white wont look bad compared to my black lmao..........
