Default Dash panel that houses Lights and Mirror controls question

Ok the plastic dash panel that holds the headlight control and the controller for the mirrors, how does it tighten up to the dash? Mine just hangs there and wobbles as I drive. There isnt any screw spots like there is for the dash piece that holds the stereo, and its wobbling is bugging me so much I am temped to drill a screw hole in it to fasten it up tight. How does this piece properly tighten up the the dash?

    Any help appreciated!
    Thanks

Ok I just went and looked again, yes those two screws are there, that is what is holding it from falling completely. My clip at the top must be broken?? Does that mean I need a new dash panel piece or the piece behind it that the dash panel piece should clip in to?

Metal clips are clipped onto the back of the trim piece to tabs and then their "outside" part is pushed into holes in the dash. If someone pulled the trim it is common for the clip to pull of the trim and fall behind into the dash. You might find some back there or go to the JY for some more.
