One thing I forgot to mention in the video is that you should use a washer in between the new stud and the lug nut.
What happens is when the knurls on the stud begin to set, the lug nut will begin to eat into the softer metal of the rotor. By sacrificing a thick washer, you save the rotor.

I wouldn't use your stock lugnuts in doing this. When I started working on my car, the lugnuts started failing and stripping just putting them on and taking them off. I'd go to the auto store are get some new steel ones and use those. This really is a piece of cake operation.
