    Default Xenon-Depot HID Kit

    Well I've always wanted to get HID's. But For some reason the Contours electrical system could never ignite the ballasts.

    Well now I have a 2001 Buick and I bought a 4300K HID Kit from Xenon Depot and I was wondering for those guys who bought from XD, how long did it take for you to get your kit?

    I never knew these guys were based out of Quebec...and according to their shipping site and the tracking number they wont get here til the 16th of Jan!!

    I bought them 2 days ago!

    Thats almost 2 weeks. Did it take as long for yall? By the way I am in Texas...which is friggin far away from Canada I know..but still thats harsh shipping time.

    Ive never ordered from XD, but it sounds like they are out of stock on their ballasts. They have probably ordered more and they are on the slow boat over.

    Most HID stuff is produced in europe / asia and only comes over in batches. Id be patient and wait and see.

    Also, your contour could have fired ballasts, you just chose the incorrect way to wire them.

    I have purchased my kit from XD..They have a friendly staff, they carry top notch brands and their wiring harness is legit! They have my business regarding any HID needs

    They have always shipped next day..But I know last time they messed up on my shipping and my order went to Ireland, and im here in MA..weeird, but the guys corrected the mistake and I had my items in no time..They will never rip you off..It will be worth the time

    Great... checked the site today...guess what I got?

    2007/01/09 19:26 MISSISSAUGA, ON Item accepted and entered into sortation plant

    Rescheduled delivery date of!!! 01/19/2007!!!

    Yay, I get to wait 9 more days! Woooo!

    Is this because they are constantly selling these kits that they had to wait for "a big boat" of them to replenish their supply?

    Oh well, at least its moving for real now!

    I have read on HIDplanet that they have been experiencing some shipment delays..you should be fine, atleast theres some action..lol
