Your best bet is probably to contact Nautilus Performance Group. They're probably not going to be much help with the safc but can probably help with getting you set up with an xcal and a good tune...

Hey charlie give Doug Lewis a call over at Ford Performance Specialists in Atlanta. His number is 770-949-7191 They do quite abit of tuning for SHOs, SVTs, and Power Strokes. He also does Hybrids for classic fords also.
you can only tune WOT air/fuel at that...the XCAL is by far the most preferred method...OBD-II has learning capabilities to always bring fuel trims to 0...
That isn't true... it has throttle position settings. You can tune for when the TPS sensor is past the desired set point. You can go as low as 20% (might go lower but I'm not sure) for one map and then set the other map for around 80% for the other. So the car will use either map depending on the throttle position. I know the car learns and adjusts on it's own when not in WOT but the air fuel did change and seemed to stay that way on my car when I tuned it a few years back using my wideband.
