how hard

ok im looking to go turbo but how hard is it really ive read up but i want to kno first hand how hard. im pretty good with cars and stuff and ive done custom stuff before but nothing on this scale. also where can i get a small turbo for cheap i dont want to burn my car up or have failure of the turbo but i want to be able to upgrade. plus i still have to be able to pass emissions can that be done id really like sum help. but ur probally going to tell me this was already covered.

To fab up your own kit, hard. You need to have a complete understanding of how a turbo works and exactly what is required to make it all run correctly. Send me a PM if you are serious about learning about it.
