Interest check 98 se sport

Wondering what kind of offers I could get.

98 se sport v6 atx
white with great condition grey leather
all options (inc. sunroof)
112,000 miles
two things it needs are:

new torque converter

muffler

I had the transaxle "fully rebuilt" 10k miles ago, but the torque converter slipping cel still came back. I also replaced the computer trying to get rid of it and the only thing I can come up with is they didn't replace the torque converter when they did the rebuild. It did have a new valve body and shift kit installed though. My problem is I don't want to pay any more shop time to fix it and I'm not sure if I'm going to have a chance to do it myself before emmissions are due in March.

The muffler tip came off. It's a little loud.

Other than that it is a great car. The a/c works as well as the moonroof.

If I really wanted to get another contour, I guess I would offer $2000 for yours. ATX's just scare me, and the torque converter might be spelling doom later on.

Just letting you know, I wish ppl would respond to my classified ad so I know what my car is worth.

Thanks for the input. I was thinking more like $1500. The torque converter does need to be replaced so I'm offering it more like a mechanic's special. The car drives totally as it should, but I've researched what the cel means and it needs to be addressed.
