Sighting SF CSVT, seems like E0

Sunday night (12/03/2006), 10:00 pm.
I-95 North bound, at Rt 216.

Silver CSVT, with MD tag xxx455. Rear valence seems missing. Exhaust looks like stock but I could be wrong. Somewhat lowered.

Drive really fast. ~90+ mph at times. I couldn't get a good visual on the driver. According to my wife, the driver was wearing a hat.

I wasn't driving my CSVT, which was damaged the night before hitting a deer! I will post the full story when I feel better.
