96 2.5 contour fuel pump not getting power

so i swaped out the roting 96 engine harness from a 98 engine all the connections hooked up fine, but now when i turn the key on the back up lights are staying on and im not getting any power to the fuel pump........
i shot power to the pump with my test light and the car will run,

can anyone tell me how i can rig up a fuel relay? and i guess ill just disconnect the backups.
