My wife's ride ( to those who see her alone driving to work and think soccer mom and have no idea that we actually pack 5 or 6 deep with bags and actually need the 4wd and clearance on our getaways. Same for my truck. Sorry, had to vent.)

That view is absolutly amazing. Does that overlook a vally or city? Is that the getaway house? I'm going to come and stay!

Overlooks more hills. It's in Medina County and a little bit of Bandera County. It's my father-in-laws place and our hunting ground. The old cabin burned down a couple years ago. It took a few hours for the Fire Dept. to reach it, and it was just a pick up truck with a water tank in the back because of the accessibility, or lack of.

This one is still in progress and all the logs used were cut from the property. No contractors used. Just him and help from whoever was available.

You can't mistake the Edward's Plateau that much..

My parents and I grew up in Bandera and that whole area brings so many memories.
I miss the views.
