    It takes 10 stitches to close a 4"-5" gash? Something isn't adding up.

    I thought the same thing! And seriously, 4"-5" gash in your scrotum? Would you even have a scrotum after that kinda tear?

    Splash a little cold water on it, and that 4"-5" gash shrinks down to about 2.5". Now your 10 stitches should work! LOL

    BTW, that's what he gets for fighting nekkid!
