Autocross In Ny Area

is there anyone who knows of an autocross event anywhere near ny.i have been reading about the fun people are having in the auto cross racing.and would love to try it...maybe im posting in the wrong place but im curious....is this auto cross set up by people on this site or are they put on by a company...really intersted in this so please no unessarsary post unless you can help me find an autocross event....

Your kind of off the beaten path. Try checking what's going on in Ottawa or Montreal. That would at least be closer than going to long island.

Yeah it wouldn't even be worth it to come to Buffalo on a Sunday. Why not Syracuse? Good luck!

thats what im asking since im new to the autocross and it seems like we have a lot of veterans on this site....is there one that goes on in syracuse? thats the reason i posted here was to find out were there usually held in the ny or surrounding areas..im willing to drive to to buffalo.since i have a felony i cant get into canada..so i will have to drive if i wanna try this..let me know and thanks for the help.

Theirs always Watkens Glen International. I know they have alot of open track days. I myself have ran it a couple times. Once with the SVT and once with the ZX-10R

I'm not sure how far it is from you but I bet it would be worth it.

I've seen a place on the way from Rochester to Niagara Falls, its got some alien on the sign looks like a cool place I think its it Lancaster maybe check that out. Hope that helps.

thanks alot guys.alot of help.i used to go to watkins glen for actual races but wasnt aware they do autocross racing.thanks for the help ill check some of these places out.maybe ill see some of you there in the near future.
