WOW small world! I worked for "Belcan Technical Services" for a couple years; about 4-5 years ago as a Sr Recruiter/Recruiting Manager. When I left Belcan & they found out I went back to work for my previous employer which is direct competition to Belcan they started calling my previous employer/current employer & threating to sue us. I thought that showed a whole lot of Belcans Corporate "true colors"! Of course they were all just threats and my company basically told Belcan to F off or sue us.

The "Bonecan" local office I worked for and my boss out of Cincinnati were just so pissed that they lost the strongest recruiter that had ever worked in that office, and that is a FACT.

I just thought I'd share that with you & I hope it stays with you & I! Each office is differant & I'm not putting you or your office down in anyway.

I have since started my own recuiting company just doing "direct/perm" placements of the Engineering & Technical field. When I started, it was just me out of my home office & now I have a profitable professional business that I build from scratch with an office in an office building & a total of 10 employee's (not including myself).

"The sky is the limit" and you should consider going into business for ur self instead of making $ for "the man". Just thought I'd share my experience with you...
