1.) will my 2.5 engine harness work with my 03 taurus 3L?

2.) with my thermo housing and hoses work with my 3L?

3.)can I use my 2.5 throttle linkage with my 3L?

4.) Will the IAC off my 2.5 work on the 3L as the one on the 3L is busted?

5.) how do I post pics of this stuff? never done it on the new boards

All the answers should be in the old forums.

I'd answer your questions but I did my 3L differently, so the info I pass on might not be accurate so I don't want to send you in the wrong path. Maybe try pm'ing blackcoog because he has done several swaps including the straight drop-ins.

I know I have been around I did a search but you also have to realise that somebody will ask a question then the whole post goes off topic or starting talking about a different part of the swap. I have read over the last 20 pages of 3l info and answered a lot of stuff and yet not all of it
