Does that disable the reverse lock? Can I change the knob? I got $10 but not on paypal. Just cash.

no reverse lockout. and the nob can probably come off. There are three set screws on the bottom of the knob. I took them out and it didn't slide right off but I also didn't want to mess with it too much either.
If you're just looking for a way to disable the reverse lockout, unscrew the shoft knob, pull out the spring, put the knob back on and that should be it. That's what has been explained to me before anyway.
