One of my classmates lived in Perry, UT and he had 3 huskies. IIRC, huskies love company.

Perfect time to get a cat. . .my parents did this and the dog and the cat are hilarious. Some times I think the cat thinks it's a dog. . .they sleep together and are good companions for each other if you don't want 2 big huskies running around. I would consider the Cheyenne agency if you want to adopt because they let you bring the dog in with the cat to see if they get along.

Also you now officially belong in Fort Collins, the biggest dog town I have ever seen. Also the only place where you will see parents put their dogs in the front seat and kids in the back(trust me my neighbors did it).
