Cop?? tries to hit my car then attempts to arrest me???

I was at apple bee's with a few state troopers after a few hours of teaching some moves and training etc.
We all leave the restaurant and I'm heading home going east on 7mile road.
Long story short i decide to run to Amoco to fill up on gas. Being 15 degrees i thought hey no point in taking a chance of my gas freezing (below E).

Well at 7 mile gill road i was about to go threw a green light when a blue explorer turns the corner and gets into the left lane cutting me off. So instead of starting i switched to the right lane and proceeded to switch back to the left lane. This ass then speeds up and swerves at me not to get into the left lane. I swerve back into the right lane, roll down my window and look at this mother er!!!! He rolls down the window flashes his badge and starts to threaten me.

Him:" POLICE....PULL OVER RIGHT NOW!!!

Laughing "fine I'll pull over" . I pull into an Italian bakery and he follows inside. I shut off my car get out and approached his SUV. He starts to scream at me from inside the SUV.

Him:"Get the fug back in your car right now your under arrest."

Me laughing still.

Me:"You are on private property. the property is owned by my neighbor. Also your not even working".

He attempts to get out of the car but i stepped closer to his vehicle. I warned him if he gets out and tries to touch me i have every right to defend myself.

Me" Let me see your badge?"
Him "Do you want to go to jail little boy"
Me "listen grandpa you cut me off then swerved at my car, are you drunk"
Him" make one more comment and your going to jail you stupid mother er"
Me" Okay...are you done" Why did you cut me off"
Him" If you keep pushing this, I'm going to radio you in and have you arrested"
Me" For what"
Him "Reckless driving" Threatening a police officer and running a red light"
Me" Okay you must be drunk"


So now he steps outside the car and attempts to stand face to face with me.

Him: You dumb piece of , i will have you thrown in jail and give you soo many tickets your parents will be broke before they can get you out."

Me: "Fine call whoever you want. I'm going to sit right here and wait for them.
Him: "No, you are going to get back into your car and leave right now"
Me: "Sir remove yourself from my zone (face) or i will remove you"
Him" get into your car"

So i thought this guy was a joke and was about to get busted. I knew then he wasn't a cop.

Okay sir you won. I will get into my car and leave.

So i get into the car as he's staring at me. I start my car up and watch him get back into his explorer. I start rolling from my parking spot. He starts to drive away. So i whip around and follow him. I grab his license plate. Pulled out my phone and started calling the police. Within a few seconds explain this person pulled me over insisting he is a police office trying to arrest me. I give the officer a plate number. Police run his plate and tells me to stop following him they Id's the person and knows where he lives.

20 Min's later i go driving around into the suburb he pulled out of. Not even 10 houses in i saw cops everywhere. A few in a drive way and others sitting in the street.

Long story short i don't know if the badge he flashed me was a police badge or security badge. The officer over the phone said this person was not a Livonia police officer.

Man this guy pissed me off. I wanted to ring his neck. for swerving at my car.

wow! (sigh) thats crazy. i would've sock'd him talking to me like that. always wanted to smack a cop . hold up tho... isnt there a big story on sumthn like this about a big-for-nuthn cop bullying some sk8er kid ?

i don't know but i wish i had a video camera. This guy was just shouting at me like crazy. Swearing up a storm when it was his fault

In the two years I've been driving I've been on 911 more times than I can count. I swear they must know my voice by now. Around Muskegon all there really is to do is drink and party, so theres always drunks on the road.

There was a guy about 3 months ago in a Tundra that was weaving through traffic, then slammed on the brakes when I was tailing him locking up all 4 tires. I called the cops and read off the plate and tailed the guy into a dead end neighborhood. He was out of sight when I turned onto the road so I parked, gave dispactch the street name, and waited for the 5-0 to show up.

The best one though was calling in a party down the road. The kid is a rich sob and theres always cocain, speed, meth etc over there in addition to underage drinking. My road is rather small so theres never any room to get around when cars are parked all down the street. I called it in and sat on the roof to watch. They sent 2 K9 Surburbans, 3 undercover impalas, and 4 cruisers....They let the dogs out and ended up tasing a couple people too. It was one I wish I had filmed.

What a friggin' idiot. Can't believe the guy isn't in jail already. Maybe he was and just got out. Better not be a cop policing the streets! You should have done a citizen arrest on his arse.

Well, I wouldn't go that far, dude could have had a gun. Getting in someone's face like that is the last thing I would do but it was a good idea to get the license plate info and report the guy.

Good I'm glad they caught him. Glad also you're smart enough to know he wasn't a cop just because he flashed a badge. It was probably a plastic one from one of those little kids toys at the dollar store. He probably had the plastic handcuffs and the orange gun too.

i've never had anything like this happen to me before.... Thankfully.
