    Default wont idle

Okay I parked my car a little over a year ago I was over-reacting (thought it was pecking) I recently started driving it again and now it won't idle. I thought it would reset or something but it is still dying. Is there anything I need to do to get it to reset?

Won't idle could be many things. Any CEL codes?

It could be a massive vacuum loss, bad Idle Air Valve, bad gas, moisture in the gas, etc. Check for broken or leaking hoses in the engine compartment, put a bottle of HEET in the gas tank, and clean or replace the IAC valve. The easiest way to reset the PCM is to remove Fuses 4 and 11 (in the Power Distribution Box next to the battery) for a few minutes.

A little over a year ago!

Is this a SVT, Contour or Mystique (not that it matters to much just curious).
