Default how do I replace the upper front O2 sensor?

I got a P1151 error. Searched the current and old forums for info. Seems it's the front upper sensor most likely.

I have read comments saying it's easy to get to. Is the only step to first remove the plastic cover on the front of the engine? Then I can drop a wrench down in there??? I can see it but clearance does seem a little tight. Haven't taken the plastic off yet.

    Thanks.

Remove the lower radiator air deflector and then the oil filter for more room to swing your 22mm or 7/8 inch open end crescent wrench or O2 removal tool.

The Duratec Maintenance (the forum you are IN) FAQ has TWO how-to files on that one.
