amp bypass wire color codes

I see a number of posts on bypassing the "premium sound" factory amplifier, but not the wire color codes on the amp output. I have a 99 SVT Contour, and the factory amplifier has gone flaky (only some speakers work). I'd like to bypass it. The output of the amp has a connector with 11 wires:

brown
brown w/red stripe
white
brown w/white stripe
white w/red stripe
white w/violet stripe
brown w/yellow stripe
white w/black stripe
black w/yellow stripe
orange w/yellow stripe
white (another white wire, thinner than the other wires)

I've searched around for the colors codes for the 8 wires going to speakers
(left front +/-, right front +/-, left rear +/-, right rear +/-) with no success. Does anyone have this information?

RR - Brown
RR + White

RF - Brown/Red Stripe
RF + White/Red Stripe

LR - Brown/White Stripe (mine looks more grey though)
LR + White/Purple (Violet) Stripe

LF - Brown/Yellow Stripe
LF + White/Black Stripe
