eBay. Just make sure it has the correct ICC code on the back. That would be GQ43VT4T.

yeah i replaced the battery and works good when it wants too its old and pretty beat... and i cant find my spare set.. Owned cause it was like brand new....
Try repositioning the antenna which is on the passenger side A pillar (I think).

it works when it wants to ... sounds like a normal contour keyless entry system
