    OK ..... WELL FOLKS FOR THE LIGHTED MOONROOF SWITCH STORY AND INFO PLEASE CHECK NEW THREAD IN THE GROUP BUY FORUM

    If you have a moonroof this is a quick easy mod to do and it is very handy. This is one of those items Ford should have done! Just like 3L's.

    There are some issues I think with the how to, but generally it is ok. My way is very simple and I will tell you how with the kit.

    I am just making this simple mod easier. I'd bet the time to do it is 10 minutes or less.

    Can you buy just the wire and connector or is it only sold with the switch. I have a switch from another car, but would prefer the correct connector instead of drilling. Ford PN?

    Sure why not..... PM sent.

    By the way that pigtail shown in the How To is not the correct one to be used.... it will work but it is meant to be used in a weather tight connector which is why it has that red seal on it.
