Thread: Dyno Tuning in OKC?

    Default Dyno Tuning in OKC?

Does anyone know of a shop in the Oklahoma City area that does Dyno Tuning on Contiques?

I'm replacing the engine in my wife's 98SE Duratec and may go the (straight) 3.0L route if I can get it tuned locally. The 3.0L engines are much cheaper and more plentiful than the 2.5L engines and I'd like to get away from the 2.5's oiling issues if at all possible.

I know a 3.0L would run semi-OK with the stock SE tune, so I suppose Dyno Tuning in the Tulsa or DFW area wouldn't be out-of-the-question if OKC doesn't have what I need.

    Here's what I would need:
-Reprogram stock computer (I wouldn't want any 'piggy back' modules)
    -Optimize for straight 3.0L
    -Disable IMRC
    -Disable Pre-Cat O2's

Thanks for any insight/info you may have.
