    With technology today, is it possible for us as a forum to find some optimal tune for the stock chips as well as the xcal, diablo etc?

    Sure it is. All you have to do is talk the people with said knowledge into giving up their information they've spent countless hours and money testing and perfecting. Good luck!

    I have come to that point of countless hours spent with my PRP and I am still having issues.

    Which appears to be mechanical, a la fuel pump.
