2000 Contour SVT 79,873 miles

I am helping my Brother trying to sell his CSVT. He has decided he would like a change. He bought this car from CarMax a few years ago; they only sell cars that are free from any accidents and frame damage. This car has over 5000 miles left of FULLY TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY that is good till July of next year. This car is accident free and drives as it should.
This car is BONE STOCK!!!!!

Features include:

-Silver Frost w/ MBL interior
-CD player
-CC
-ABS
-PWR moonroof
-PWR mirrors
-PWR windows
-A/C blows ICE cold
-4 floor mats (they say FORD but i do not think they are origonal)
-Upgraded cup-holders

Parts replaced:

-New windscreen
-2 relatively new front tires
-New swaybar endlinks
-4 SVT struts about 20,000 miles ago
-New battery
-Fuel pump/filter done about 2 years ago
-'98 CSVT dash replaced due to excessive '00 dash warp (no glove box in at this time)
-Black SVT driver's side mirror (origonal was knocked off due to vandalism)

The Bad/Ugly:

-Scratch on passenger side front bumper due to someone hitting it in parking lot
-Dash is missing glove box and needs to have lower dash footwell piece fastened
-Scratches on driver's side rear door
-Scratches on trunk lid
-Scratches on driver's side rear 1/4 pannel
-Scratches on passenger front door
-Passenger side mirror is black

This car drives exactly as it should. My brother maintained this car exactly as Ford suggests. Oil (synthetic) always changed every 3,000 miles. Scratches are FAINT due to the Silver Frost color. Car has normal wear and tear for milage and age. I have tried to disclose everything about this car. My brother also wanted to note that CarMax warranty is SUPERB. KBB says this car in private-party sale in Good condition is worth $6,595.

I just spoke with my Brother, he told me 3 more things:

1: New pads all around and new rotors in front about 2000 miles ago

2: Also has a folder with all receipts for car

3: Apparently i missed a few dings/dents. There is small dent on hood, passenger side front door very small door ding, bumper by scratch has very small dent(related to parking lot incident), and one drivers side rear 1/4 pannel. All dents are SOOO small i missed them all!!

All issues with dash, glovebox and hanging pannel in footwell, will be fixed.

car runs perfectly and looks reallly good. and steve, how many 'tours are out there that are basically perfect that need nothing AND has a warranty that wont end tomorrow
