my 98 SVT Vs a 97 3.5l Intrepid

Just curious, what do people think? will my SVT win? would it be close? or would my friend win?

thanks for the info! I just wanted to know if I would win going against the intrepid with a 3.5. They feel fast when I drive his car.

however we do not promote street racing, so take it to a track. But it'd almost be a waste of time/money since i'm sure you will win.

I don't street race, thats why I was asking on the forum. I would hope I would win, but you never know, since the 3.5 puts out more power.

if you can get a good launch you should be able to take him for sure, and if all else fails, find a road course and stick it to him haha

Edit: Remember that SVT's are a high RPM motor and if you launch right with minimal wheelspin.... Shouldnt have ANY problem.
