    Default Hillsboro Sonic Scion/Contour meet

I mentioned this a while ago & got no responses , but I figured I'd let you guys know that we are going to meet this Saturday June 16th @ 4pm. The meet will be at the Hillsboro Sonic. I don't know how many Scions will be there but I believe there will be atleast one '08 xB (new body style) there & my other friend will be there with his Black tC. My wife will even be there with the Mazda5. So far I'm the only Contour guy going.
This is nothing official because of the lack of response so far, but it's as good an excuse as any to hang out with some good people. The food at Sonic is good, & there might even be some cool cars to look at . I figure we can park in the Kohls parking lot right accross from the Sonic. As people show up we can just hang out & pig out until we get bored and/or come up with something else to do. I hope I see some of you there, but if not I will probably try this again this summer. Who knows this might become a regular thing if it works out.

*If you guys have any questions please post them & I'll try my best to answer them.

OK, I'm stumped. Where is this Hillsboro Sonic? I DNK what I'll be up to at 4 pm Saturday, so I'm a maybe.

(As an aside: it sounds like Rex Grossman is correcting a bunch of footwork flaws during OTAs this spring with the Bears new QB coach. He needed that.)

Hey PDXSVT. I'm glad you asked. It's located near the intersection of NW Cornell, & Cornelius Pass roads. It actually shares a parking lot with Kohl's.

*I love the Bears*I have to admit I'm a Rex backer. I think the experience he got from actually making it through a full season & then getting to the SuperBowl was unmeasureable. I can't wait for Football Season!*I love the Bears*

My CSVT will not be at the meet now. I just noticed one of my lugs was loose & when I tried to tighten it, it fell off,.....................with the stud still inside. Anyway, I'm still going but I'm only bringing the Mazda5 now.

On a side note, I will be trying to fix this tomorrow so if anyone has some good advice on how to do this quickly it would be greatly appreciated.

Dang!!! I read about this too late and at that time I was shopping at u-pull-it for tour stuff

I did find the early version of an ash tray where the door covers the cagar lighter.....
