i need to replace mine so i did some price shopping and right around 90 - 100 bucks is the price i got from each store. the only problem is everyone is out of stock as of right now.. napa auto parts was the quickest to get it in, they could have it tomorrow by 8 am. well my dad caught wind of this and went ahead and ordered it and it ran him 187 bucks and some change.. that definitely wasnt the price they quoted me for one so with that i need some advice..

i've read the focus svt pump will work in our cars, so i inquired about that too.. it was like 62.99 or something to have next day by 8.. should i cancel the order for the other and get the focus pump? also how much modification is required to use it? i did some digging but the most i've come up with is that the focus svt pump is somewhat an upgrade and it needs a little modification to work.. also what year focus does it have to be, or does it not matter?

also my car is a 2000 mystique as you probably gathered from my sig.. does that make any difference with the FSVT pump?

Just an update, i ended up going with the stock fuel pump and changing the plugs. The car runs like brand new now.. I also got motivated and cleaned the engine bay haha wow it was a mess.. Thanks for the help guys!
