Front spring noise

Front spring is making sproing noise. It does it usually when i go over a bump or in or out of a rough driveway. I think when i turn the steering wheel the springs are binding on the mounts and then when i go over a bump they sproing back to their normal position. Is there a bushing or something in there that could be worn out that would be making this noise. thanks
