Moonroof Shade

Not really sure where to post this.
Yes I did search, the old and new forums before asking.

I have an entire moonroof assembly that was removed from a contour.
How can I get the sun shade out of it?

I have never touched the moonroof. I must suggest try using the ford cd manual or pick up a chiltons from a local hardware store.
