    Angry Guess the retard!

Alright, its me. I just bought new laser iridium spark plugs and while I was gapping them, I broke the iridium tip off one of them!!! F%$#.

The gap is 0.07 right now, and I was thinking about bending the hook down. I think theres still a little bit of the tip left. Is this a complete waste of time? I'm thinking yes, but thought I'd put it out there.

Bend it, install it. Drive to Autozone, buy new SP, remove "bendie' SP. Gap new SP. Reinstall new SP. Done.

LOL. On this site, pre-gapped = wrong gap.

SP's are like oil filters, they are relatively generic.Always check the gap on new plugs,it's cheap insurance.
