i took my moms car to have the oil changed and have the tires rotated and have everything lubricated for 15 bucks. they jepped me big time. they took the car in right away so they drained the oil and put new oil in but didn't put a new filter in right away i didn't find out till i got home. they refused to rotate the tires cause they told me the rear has to have better tread which is the front is suppose to have better tires and they just argued with me. i asked them for a tire pressure gauge that was also with the deal package they never handed me one. i got back into car there was oil all over the steering wheel and gear shifter and a big ass hand print on the hood. i read the paper and they said i refused the have the tires rotated. they put the wrong oil in moms car not sure what they put the paper says 10w 30 and the sticker on the window says 5w 30. the paper also has the wrong car info and mileage and they wrote down the oil filter# on the paper but u can see they didn't replace it cause the oil filter dirty. im gonna call the corparate and complain to them theres oil all over the interior, they havent changed the filter in the oil change and that i might have the wrong oil weight in there and refused to rotate my tires. but anyways im gonna report there sorry asses im gonna tell em i want a tune up, lube services with a new oil change and have the car detailed in and out. i took pics of what they did. so i have proof. sorry i cant even type right now.

Wow that really sucks man, but honestly what did you expect for $15. Save the hassle and DIY next time.

Ya dude, that really sucks. Report them to the Better Business Bureau.

If it were me, I'd go back down and demand my money back. They didn't perform the service they advertised, so you deserve it. You might not get it, but the stink you make in front of the customers (at a busy hour, for more fun) should be enough. I definitely wouldn't let them touch my car again, EVER!

You could even take it a step further...take the car to a reputable shop to have the oil changed properly and the tires rotated. Take it to a detail shop and have it done up all nice and pretty. When it's all done, present the jerk offs with a bill for both. Again, you might not get the money, but at least your car will be right. There's a good chance they'll pay up though, so it's worth a try.

It helps to have friends who are lawyers too...do you have any? A letter on any law office's letterhead can do wonders, especially to a small business.

well i usually do it myself but i have diffrent days off then my mom so i thought oh since im in town i minus well just get it done and have the tires rotated. just get it all done. ya 15 bucks is 15 bucks but the coupon said oil change and filter plus tire rotation and tire pressure check. still they should of did everything what they said on the coupon. they still should of rotated my tires and changed the oil with the filter and not do a half ass job.
