FYI - on the track day registration form I did not sign up for the Friday evening activities at the track. Only the $275 for the on track activities. I figured we would be heading north to join the rest of the SZ activities.
 
That's what I was planning too. We gotta get back to the group for SZ with our cars in one piece.
 
My neighbor is letting me use his helmet. Everything is coming together. Very excited.

Also, with that many groups, how many times are we really going to make it on the track and how many laps each session?
 
VIR is 15 hours from here.
923 miles.
My neighbor said I could use his 25' enclosed race trailer for my car & 1/2 car but I will get about 8pmgs pulling that big ass trailer to VIR.


8mpgs @ $3.50 pr gallon @ 923 miles = $800+ in round trip fuel costs.


NOPE!


So the plan is back to square one, driving the car and 1/2 car @ 22mpgs is less than $300 round trip for gas LOL.
 
Tech inspect was finished last night, everything is ready to rock.


Now its getting real :eek:.
