Quick heads up about the hotel

Just a little FYI, I'll be visiting three hotels on the 26th and discussing block rates & viewing the banquet facilities they have available. Once I see everything I will decide which one we'll be using. All three are visible and easily accessed from I-94 and have large parking areas.
